Exec Eventz produces elevated nightlife and destination experiences that celebrate culture, community, and connection. We are growing nationally and looking for a self-directed Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to own and execute our Instagram and TikTok presence. This is a growth-focused role for someone who can take initiative, move quickly, and operate without daily direction.

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO

● Does not need micromanagement
● Can take a brand voice and run with it
● Understands nightlife/event marketing
● Knows what performs on Instagram and TikTok
● Can execute consistently and independently
● Thinks in terms of growth and conversion- not just posting


WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Instagram
● Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
● Publish and optimize feed posts, Reels, and Stories
● Create simple Canva graphics when needed (major design handled by in-house designer)
● Edit short-form video content
● Implement and manage DM automation
● Monitor engagement and proactively respond
● Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns
● Track KPIs and provide monthly reporting

TikTok
● Build and execute a TikTok growth strategy
● Identify and leverage trends appropriately
● Repurpose event content into native TikTok formats
● Establish a consistent posting cadence
● Best formats and iterate based on performance


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

● 2 years minimum managing brand social accounts
● Proven examples of growing Instagram or TikTok
● Experience running Meta Ads Manager
● Strong Canva + short-form reel editing skills
● Experience working independently with minimal oversight


PREFERRED

● Experience in events, nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment
● Experience growing accounts under 20k followers

TIME COMMITMENT

● Approx. 32 hours per month
● Flexible schedule
● Must be responsive during campaign launches
