Exec Eventz is an extension of The Exec Group, producing curated, ticketed experiences designed for connection, celebration, and culture.

Known for its signature series, including POSH and destination experiences like PVR Escape, Exec Eventz creates intimate, high-energy events that blend luxury, nightlife, and community.

With a strong focus on inclusive spaces and LGBTQ+ representation, Exec Eventz brings together tastemakers, creatives, and professionals for intentional moments that extend far beyond the event itself.

Bespoke Production

We deliver “insta-worthy” production. We have a production team in all major cities. Guests can expect aerialists, 8ft LED robots, mirrored dancers, mascots, confetti drops, indoor fireworks, and more.

Professional Content

We hire quality photographers and videographers to capture HD content, and we direct message our top influencers to use their images so they can post immediately and continue the buzz of our events even once they are over.

This content is also posted on our social media pages. We film each event with a professional videographer and post these 1-minute recaps on each social platform for attendees and non-attendees to get a glimpse of the experience.

Chic Venues

All venues are carefully chosen to maximize the experience. We acquire locations that exude luxury and transform them to fit our themed extravaganzas'. Our goal is to have our guests arrive at an experience that stimulates them visually.

Through POSH, we are proud to partner with Rainbow Railroad and ARLO Hotels to create experiences that go beyond nightlife and celebration. Together, these partnerships help amplify LGBTQ+ visibility, community, and impact that support global efforts to protect queer lives while hosting POSH events in spaces that align with our values of inclusivity, design, and culture. By blending purpose with experience, POSH continues to create moments that are not only memorable but meaningful.

POSH
