POSH ExecEventz is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Motion Graphic/Visual Artist who can create visually engaging motion assets for digital and physical campaigns.
This individual will work closely with our lead graphic designer to shape the company's visual identity across digital media, event displays, LED screens, and immersive brand environments. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a hands-on motion artist who understands motion principles, pacing, transitions, composition, and visual continuity. They must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, with basic Photoshop skills and a strong understanding of motion design techniques, 3D workflows, & dimensional typography.
This role requires someone who can balance creativity and develop motion visuals that reflect POSH ExecEventz's elevated, culturally relevant, and globally minded event experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Motion Graphics, Animation & OR 3D Design
Develop animated promotional graphics, kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, and short-form advertising content.
Translate event themes and concepts into cohesive visual experiences across digital and physical environments.
2. Video Editing & Visual Effects
Edit promotional videos, event teasers, recap videos, trailers, and branded content. Combine footage, still imagery, motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound to create cohesive visuals.
3. Event & Experiential Visuals
Create animated content for LED walls, stage screens, venue displays, and other event production surfaces.
Develop visuals that complement event themes, venue aesthetics, music, lighting, and audience experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated experience in motion graphics, animation, video production, or a related creative discipline with a portfolio or example of work
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus Experience creating polished promotional content for digital marketing and social media.
